Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, goat milk soap and similar items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used. However, if you received a wrong order or a product that is damaged upon arrival, we will gladly offer a refund or a replacement.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of the issue, such as photographs of the damaged item or a confirmation of the incorrect item sent.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your request for a refund or exchange, we will:

  1. Review your provided proof, which may include a receipt or detailed images of the product.
  2. Notify you via email regarding the status of your request.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank; there is often a processing time before the refund appears.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipping errors. If you need to exchange a product, contact us via email at support@bellsworne.com, and we will guide you through the process.
